AIMduka Agent Terms

You are registering as an independent contractor. This means you are not an employee of AIMduka. This agreement does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture. You are responsible for your own taxes and personal financial obligations.

We will do our best to resolve any disagreements amicably. This agreement is based on fair business practices. If a serious dispute arises, it will be handled through formal dispute resolution in Kampala, Uganda.

• Promote AIMduka's services to potential customers in a truthful and professional manner.
• Use your unique referral link and code to register new businesses.
• Not engage in any misleading or unethical marketing practices.
• Represent AIMduka in a positive and professional light.

You will earn a commission for each new, paying subscriber you refer to AIMduka. The current commission rate is displayed on your agent dashboard. Payments are made on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum withdrawal amount. AIMduka reserves the right to adjust the commission structure with prior notice.

You can end this agreement at any time by stopping your promotion of AIMduka. AIMduka may end this agreement if you violate any of these terms. If the agreement is ended, you will receive any commissions you have already earned.

We grant you a temporary right to use AIMduka's name, logo, and marketing materials to promote our services. You may not change or alter our brand materials in any way.

AIMduka is not responsible for any loss of revenue, profits, or data that may occur as a result of your participation in the agent program.

You agree to be responsible for any costs or legal fees that AIMduka may face as a direct result of your actions or misrepresentations as an agent.

You must respect the privacy of the individuals you refer. You agree not to use any personal information you collect for any purpose other than referring them to AIMduka.

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Your continued participation in the agent program after such changes means you accept the new terms.
